Our Sanur location wasn’t part of a grand plan. A friend and long-time customer invited us to take over the restaurant space at their hotel. We said yes—and just like that, Sauce Tree Sanur was born. Sometimes the best ideas come from the people who already believe in what you do.

Sanur has a vibe all its own—laid-back, family-friendly, with a strong expat and retiree community. We’re not open for sunrise, but if you’re out for a stroll, craving comfort food, or back from a boat trip to Penida or Lembongan (where plant-based meals are nearly impossible to find), we’re here. The return boats usually arrive between 3 to 6 PM—perfect timing to swing by for dinner.

While we don’t have car parking, we’re just a one-minute walk from the new Icon Bali Mall. It’s currently the most talked-about mall in town, and our guests love parking there, grabbing a bite at Sauce Tree, and enjoying the area without the stress.
